The Day the Earth Stood Still was created as part of a course offering at MIT.  This project was based loosely on the novel, film and various current events coming out of Ferguson, Paris, Istanbul and the rest of the world.

The lighting design for this production was developed organically  throughout the rehearsal process and structured like a DJ forms loops and layers so that each night the design could alter radically in response to the live performance.
